She is responsible for designing and managing the company’s website and developing the content marketing strategy for the company that goes in line with company objectives. Agata coordinates and creates our marketing campaigns and makes us visible! She is a manager with passion and engagement.

His interpersonal skills led him to be involved in project management. Marcin has very good command of English and many years of experience working in the international environment.

Jakub has 8 years of commercial experience in WordPress with PHP – Laravel. He is more of a backend than a frontend developer. Jakub is an incredibly skilled and professional programmer, but also an amazing person. Keeping his deadlines, always ready to work with a smile on his face, and the more difficult projects, the bigger smile he has.

In the structure of WLC, she is the guardian of documents, settlements and production support. Agnieszka believes that a well-run office is one whose work imperceptibly supports the production process in the area of ​​formal and organizational matters, allowing the company’s modes to spin as if in a perfectly oiled machine.

A professional with over 11 years of experience in various exciting website development projects. Rafał works equally well in the front-end and back-end. He has experience in working with WordPress and Laravel. He has an extensive background in working with Timber / Twig (creating modern WordPress Themes) and Sage / Roots.

Krzysztof as a Project Manager is responsible for the maintenance and development of our projects. He works with clients in Poland and abroad. Krzysztof is extremely open-minded, makes contacts quickly, likes challenges, and is great at teamwork. At the same time, as a leader in his area, he can perfectly manage people, giving himself an example of professionalism.

Maciej started his adventure with WordPress in 2009, when he got on a local news portal and had the chance to experince it for the first time. Since then, WordPress has become a permanent part of his life. Over time, Maciej started building more pages using WP CMS, starting with simple pages, and moving towards more and more complex projects. Today, WordPress is his main job, he builds websites, creates themes and plugins, and supports clients.

Maciej is an active member of the Polish WordPress community, he has been a speaker at WordUps and WordCamps many times. After 10 years of working with WordPress, the time has come to share knowledge and experience – that’s why he wrote a book “Rób WordPressa lepiej – przenieś swoją pracę na wyższy poziom” and started his own podcast and blog: https://maciejkuchnik.pl/

Optimizations enthusiast who always finds a way to improve existing processes, especially database-related ones. Currently involved in an international team as a tech leader and data migration specialist.

Konrad has been passionate about programming for over 7 years. Moreover, he is a developer with 4 years of commercial experience in web development. Technologies in which he works on a daily basis include JavaScript, WordPress, React, Bootstrap, ACF, and PHP. He has some experience in NEXTJS. His very strong side is the standardization and quality of the code. Very open-minded, and good with teamwork, he thinks outside the box. Focused on self-development. He also has experience with other architectures and he is willing to learn new ones, especially when he is faced with a practical problem.

Rafał is a developer with 14 years of commercial experience. Currently, his tech stack is based on WordPress with PHP and JS, jQuery. He used to work with Drupal, Python – Flask, and wrote a large application in pure PHP. Rafał has great industry insight and unique methods of problem-solving. He is always punctual, his knowledge is vast and extensive. Rafal is always ready to help, deal with difficult situations and solve problems on time. He always takes care of the job. The success achieved in his job required extensive knowledge and dedication.

A computer science graduate with 6-year DevOps / full-stack developer experience in a leading technology company. Her passion for a blend of web development and DevOps engineering allowed her to successfully implement, deploy and maintain multiple Enterprise PHP / WordPress platforms using AWS cloud hosting architecture.

Her goal is to expand her skills in web programming as well as in Web Design. Milena is a Software Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the information services industry. Skilled in Computer Science, with an interest in Web design and UX. Strong development professional with a Bachelor of Science (BSc), focused in Computer Science from the University of Greenwich.

Bartłomiej is a young, ambitious, conscientious, self-disciplined, competent Developer with experience in the industry of creating and programming websites and on-line stores. He is able to implement the company’s strategy consistently. Geared for both results as well as customer satisfaction. He speaks English very well. Bartłomiej is determined, and consistent, he can make key decisions.

Jagoda is also our recruitment specialist. If you are planning to apply then you will certainly meet her in your first job interview. Despite HR, contracts etc. Jagoda also helps to implement and develop an employer branding strategy for WLC. She studies IT and in the nearest future Jagoda plans to become a developer, her technical background makes the recruitment process smoother not only for her but also for the candidates.

Mateusz as a Business Development Manager is responsible for the full sales process in our company – starting with prospecting and ending with closing the deal. He has been involved in the IT market for over 6 years and has extensive knowledge, not only in sales but also in technical terms. However, he can separate his professional life from his private life, so whenever he does not sell – he sings and plays guitar in a rock band.

Artur has been working in IT and business for over 15 years. He is fascinated with agile methodologies. He listens and proactively works out a solution on his own. As a project manager, he is ambitious but doesn’t leave anyone behind, he can risk but also admit his mistake. He doesn’t devalue new ideas, but he can be cool about calculation and cost.

Working on a tight schedule keeps him moving forward. He’s looking for minimum and real requirements and adheres to the principle that a project completed based on such assumptions will be a better project than a project that is never finished.

At work, He focuses on good communication and discipline in meetings he participates in. He likes retrospectives and talking to colleagues about our opportunities and problems. Artur focuses on openness and honesty. He likes to rely on someone but is also proud when the team appreciates and feels my support.

Kamila is our WordPress developer. She takes care of creating new and developing already existing websites, mainly from the front-end. Making custom themes, templates and blocks with PHP, JavaScript and CSS is no stranger to her. She likes to work in international teams and values every opportunity to learn something new. 

Project Manager with experience gained in IT. She works as a single point of contact managing projects and taking care of maintenance for our Clients. She likes to work in Agile methodologies with her developers and Clients. In project management, she never forgets about the project purposes and increments. The most important things for her are communication and transparency which are key to success. By connecting professional developers’ work and gathering Client’s feedback she reaches the project’s purposes and builds good relationships. 

Tomasz started working as a Web Developer 2 years ago. During this time he was creating websites and web applications, both from front-end and back-end. His main tech stack is JavaScript with React.js and Node.js as favorite frameworks. Currently Tomasz developing in projects that require TypeScript in Angular.js, where he’s responsible for the visual side of components. 

Bartek’s main responsibility as a Marketing Specialist is making sure that we’re present and visible on many different social media platforms. He also coordinates SEM campaigns and helps Agata in content marketing and taking care of our website – mainly publishing articles, case studies and updating information anywhere it’s needed.

Mateusz is an ambitious, conscientious, self-disciplined and highly competent Developer, with experience in creating and programming websites and e-commerce stores, as well as custom solutions and WordPress backend. He is capable of consistently executing the company’s strategy, focused on achieving results while ensuring customer satisfaction. His work is highly engaging and he is a quick learner. 

Experienced Frontend Developer adept in all stages of advanced web development. Angular specialist equipped with a diverse and promising skill-set. Proficient in an assortment of technologies, including JavaScript HTML +SCSS, WebRTC, WebGL. Able to effectively self-manage during independent projects, as well as collaborate in a team setting. 

Magda is working as an Office Assistant. She’s helping Office Manager with administrative work regarding company’s activities. She takes care of efficient documentation and information flow between the office and people who work remotely. Her job is also to supply our office with necessary materials, and supporting Marketing and Sales Team in their activities. Magda values good communication and kindness, thanks to which it’s easier to work. 

Daniel is a WordPress developer with almost 15 years of experience in creating websites and web applications. He’s a full-stack developer, but if he had to choose he prefers back-end, even though many people told him that he has a very good sense of aesthetics. With that in mind he sometimes likes to work on a front-end, especially with React which he started to really like recently. For Daniel the harder the task, the better. He loves challenges and the feeling of satisfaction when he finishes a tough project.

Bartosz is passionate about programming for over 5 years. Technologies in which he works on a daily basis include JavaScript, WordPress, SASS, ACF, and PHP. Besides coding, he’s interested in UI / UX design. He feels the best when he’s working in a team. Development is a big source of self-fulfillment for him.

Mateusz has cultivated a profound interest in creating and developing websites for over half of his lifetime. In the course of mastering PHP programming, he devised his own Content Management System (CMS). This expertise led him to work with esteemed international enterprises, collaborating closely with e-commerce clientele. Subsequently, his career path brought him to creative agencies, where he developed an interest in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX), particularly within the realm of e-commerce. In his leisure time, Mateusz finds solace in perusing designs on awwwards or dribble, while delving into the psychological tactics employed by successful and recognizable online stores.

While his initial focus rested on the development of a proprietary CMS, Mateusz’s interest in WordPress burgeoned over time, resulting in several websites functioning on this platform until today. Throughout this journey, his emphasis shifted from frontend to backend development. Previously prioritizing functionality and intuitiveness, he now also prioritizes performance. As a member of the WP support department, Mateusz gained invaluable insights into various WordPress solutions. From these experiences, the WLC starter theme began to take shape, ultimately evolving into the Versa WP – WordPress Starter Template, which expedites the project launch process.
