From PrestaShop to WooCommerce Platform. Effective and functional tool to increase your sales and prompt campaigns.
01_THE BRIEF
The Client requested the migration of the store from PrestaShop to WooCommerce, which was followed by brand refreshment, migration of the customer base, improvement of the mechanics of managing the product catalog, increasing the optimization and results of the store in Google Page Speed Insights. We have transferred some of the subpages and trained customer employees in operating the store.
02_WHAT WE'RE PROUD OF
As this is an e-commerce realization, the optimization of a professional WooCommerce theme and the use of cache optimization with CDN NitroPack to achieve high results in the Google Page Speed Insights, 90+ (mobile) / 95+ (desktop), was the most important for the client. We are proud of the results.
03_THE DETAILS
The main assumption of the project was to transfer the existing, recognizable store from the PrestaShop platform to WooCommerce, maintaining the product base, and customer base, improving the functionality and increasing the intuitiveness of the store. An important element of the project was the increase in results in Google Page Speed Insights and the smooth migration of the store that allows us to maintain the smooth operation of our client’s company.
We have performed a rebranding for the client, refreshing and adapting the brand to the current standards.
The optimization and application of the cache mechanics combined with the effective use of the CDN network allowed us to achieve the results in the Google Page Speed Insights test at the level of 90+ mobile and 95+ desktop
The client received an effective tool that allows him to run campaigns through the newsletter, as well as several functional improvements increasing the comfort of working with WooCommerce as a sales platform.
